Nan's final will was created on 23 January 2007. In essence, her estate is split between her two surviving children (Pam and Ray). However, if either of them had pre-deceased her then their split of the estate would be divided between their children. It was witnessed by Paula (grand daughter) and Peter Rice. Grant of probate was issued to Pamela Elsie Malcolm (her daughter) on 11 February 2010.
